Crafting a dynamic custom mall kiosk pop-up to enhance consumer engagement

CAA (Canadian Automobile Association) is a trusted organization providing roadside assistance, insurance, travel services, and advocacy for its members. With a focus on delivering exceptional support and value to its members, CAA continuously seeks innovative ways to engage with the community and promote its services. Detonate was tasked with creating a custom pop-up display booth for an interior event activation on behalf of CAA. The project aimed to enhance consumer engagement and deliver key messages about CAA’s support services in a dynamic and interactive manner. This project included design, build and installation of CAA’s custom kiosk.  

The Objectives

  • Drive consumer engagement and interaction at interior events through a visually appealing and interactive pop-up display booth. 
  • Provide consumers with comprehensive information about CAA’s support services and membership benefits. 
  • Enhance brand visibility and recognition through custom branding elements and immersive brand experiences. 
  • Create a memorable and impactful presence for CAA within the mall environment, effectively communicating its commitment to supporting members.
