Deco Homes is a prominent developer known for its innovative approach to residential projects, focusing on creating modern and stylish living spaces. With a commitment to excellence and quality craftsmanship, Deco Homes sought to elevate the sales experience for their new home development by creating a bespoke interior sales office.
Detonate worked with their marketing agency, 1063 Guidelines, to design and construct a custom interior sales office for Deco Homes’ new home development. The objective was to create a welcoming and immersive space that effectively showcased the features and benefits of the development, while also reflecting Deco Homes’ brand identity and values.
Custom Signage: Designed to attract attention and guide visitors through the sales office, using laser cut 3D logos throughout the office space.
Custom SEG Fabric Frames with LED Lighting: Utilized to create dynamic and visually appealing displays that highlighted the development’s amenities and offerings. Included custom lighting, such as individual backlit windows, to showcase the real look and feel of a Deco Homes build.
Print Brochures: Produced to provide potential buyers with detailed information about the development, featuring high-quality printing and embossed finishes for a luxurious look and feel.
Standoff Display Wall Signage: Installed to add depth and dimension to the interior space, giving each home detail the space needed to showcase the true offering of the new home development.
Smart Display Wall: An interactive display showcasing the Smart Home Features that come with every new DECO home, enhancing the sales experience and demonstrating the modern amenities available.
Seamless Wayfinding: Implemented directional interior signage, ensuring visitors could navigate the sales office effortlessly, optimizing their experience and facilitating efficient exploration of the development’s offerings.
Detonate has taken a collaborative approach and helped elevate the DECO retail presence.
